Queso de oveja sin lactosa

It is a pure lactose-free sheep cheese with pressed paste made from raw sheep’s milk, with a maturation period of between 3 – 4 months and a subsequent minimum maturation of 60 days.

Its crust is soft and the paste has a white color. Acidic and slightly bitter taste.
