Veal Tripe with Beef Snout

Veal tripes correspond to one of the most typical dishes of Spanish gastronomy. They are mainly made with beef tripes and chorizo, and this particular dish is made with beef  snout too. Veal tripes are pieces of stomach of veal eaten stewed in sauce.
